This Bullitt Avenue resident of Roanoke, Virginia, was really concerned about the effect that the jackhammers were having on her then-unborn child. Now everyone knows that jackhammers are dangerous to one's health, and all jackhammers have signs from the Surgeon General on the sides warning about the effects that have on your health.

That's OK, Ma'am, you just smoke 'em up and call the newspaper to express your concerns. Then allow them to take your picture and post it in the local newspaper paper for all to see!

	bad321: 11/04/2006 1:06 AM That's just stupid enough to make me think at first that you did a PhotoShop number on it. Then I started thinking of a news article I saw recently where a woman got into a fight with hospital security because she wanted a cigarette... and she was in labor in a maternity wing at the time. There is no accounting for stupidity sometimes - a good find!

I imagine she is gearing up for some sort of civil suit against who ever is jackhammering... the cigarette ain't helping honey... this is one of my pet peeves... pregnant women smoking....grrr

It's an old Marine & Navy term for when the "smoking lamp" was lit, and I'm sure that you can figure that out.
